Biography
Hi, I’m Dr. Mallhi, a Family Physician with a special focus on Skin Health and Aesthetic Medicine. My journey into the world of aesthetics is deeply personal and rooted in my own experiences. Growing up, I struggled with my appearance—being very thin built (almost malnourished looking!), with features that didn’t align with the conventional beauty standards of my culture. These challenges affected my confidence and how I engaged with the world around me. Through these struggles, I learned firsthand how our physical appearance can profoundly impact our emotions, energy, and overall confidence.
As I advanced in my career in Medicine as a Family Physician, I realized that I could not only help people optimize their health but also empower them to feel more confident in their own skin. This realization led to the creation of Aesthetics by Dr. Mallhi in 2018 as my understanding through my own experiences fueled my passion for helping others through similar struggles.
For me, this is not just a profession—it’s my life’s purpose. At Aesthetics by Dr. Mallhi, we have had the privilege of helping thousands of people transform their skin health, bringing their outer appearance into harmony with their inner vitality. I am deeply committed to making people look and feel their best and my medical background and years of experience help me achieve that for my clients. Also I have invested in the best trainings around the world, state of the art technology and an incredible team to deliver only the best to our deserving clients. Saima brings over 12 years of experience in medical aesthetics, having dedicated her career to the field since 2014. With a passion for both skin care and hair care, she takes pride in helping clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments designed around their individual needs and goals.
What she values most is the connection she builds with each client. Her approach is warm, attentive, and caring, with a focus on creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their treatment experience. For Saima, achieving beautiful results is important, but making sure every client feels genuinely cared for along the way is just as meaningful.
Her love for medical aesthetics comes from the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives. Whether helping someone feel more confident in their skin or supporting them through their hair and skin care journey, she finds great fulfillment in seeing her clients leave feeling happy and empowered.
Outside of her professional life, Saima's greatest joy is spending quality time with her son. Family is at the heart of her life, alongside a career she truly loves and her passion for helping others feel confident, cared for, and beautiful.
AYENA CHAWLA
CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Ayena Chawla brings 11 years of experience in human relations to her role as Client Experience Manager, following the completion of her MBA in Human Resources. Her background spans patient consultations and services, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to guide someone confidently through their care journey.
Ayena leads initial consultations with new patients and conducts follow-ups to check on their progress and address any concerns along the way. She's also the go-to resource for questions about the products and services the clinic offers, ensuring every patient feels informed and supported at each step. Beyond one-on-one patient care, Ayena manages the clinic's social media presence, helping share its story and connect with the community online.
At the heart of everything Ayena does is a commitment to enhancing the patient experience. She believes that exceptional care extends beyond the treatment itself, and that how a patient feels throughout their journey matters just as much as the results.
Outside of her professional life, Ayena is a proud mother of two little ones. She also brings her creative flair to Birch & Velvet, her own wedding storytelling and content creation business, where she captures candid moments and elevates them through thoughtful, editorial design. Her eye for detail and passion for genuine connection carry over seamlessly into her work at the clinic, where she helps every patient feel truly seen and cared for.
JIAH KAUR
CLIENT COORDINATOR
Jiah brings a warm, organized, and personable approach to her role as Client Coordinator at Aesthetics by Dr. Mallhi. She enjoys being one of the first points of contact for patients and takes pride in helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment they connect with the clinic.
From assisting with appointments and answering questions to supporting patients throughout their visits, Jiah is always happy to help. She believes that great patient care is built not only on excellent treatments, but also on kindness, communication, and making every person feel genuinely valued and cared for.
Alongside her role at the clinic, Jiah is currently completing her university studies with the goal of becoming a doctor. Her interest in healthcare and passion for helping others naturally complement her work at Aesthetics by Dr. Mallhi, where she continues to learn and gain valuable experience in a patient-focused environment.
Outside of work and school, Jiah enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying involved in her community, and making the most of every opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others.
